Host homes are provided for our Currently Funded church planters and Prospective Church Planters who have been invited to interview, and their wives.

If you are currently funded by SRCP or have been invited to interview with us this year, we will be providing you with a host home. If you would prefer to stay in a hotel, you will need to make your own housing arrangements at your own expense. Check out a list of local hotels.
-
You can, BUT we can only provide housing for you if you (if you are eligible) from October 15 - 18. If your plans have you arriving earlier or staying later, you will need to make your own housing arrangements at your own expense.
-
ABSOLUTELY. We love that many of you come back and want to stay with the same host family again. During the registration process, you will be asked if there is a host home you would like to stay with. We will do our best to make that happen!
-
Travel reimbursements are available for our currently supported church planters and those prospective church planters who have been invited to interview this year. Stay tuned for the 2026 travel reimbursement information.

Once you register as a Prospective Planter, we will schedule your interview and notify you as soon as we do. Once you have that information, you will be able to make your flight arrangements. We have limited slots for proposals and may be unable to schedule all of the proposal interviews during the event. If yours is not scheduled during the retreat, we will schedule a time in the future to meet with you.
-
It is important that before you arrive, the application has been completed and your budget submitted. If we do not have your application and budget, we will not be able to schedule your proposal interview. You can also bring whatever you want to in order to present your church plant to the board.
