Tell us about your family.
My wife's name is Megan. This year will mark our 25th anniversary! The Lord has richly blessed us with three children: Nevin (19), Molly (17), and Anna (15). We enjoy snow skiing in the winter, camping in the summer, and sports year-round!
How have you seen God working in your family?
We've seen the Lord use our various church planting experiences to create in all of us a deeper love and appreciation for the gospel, and for the church! We praise God that our friendship in marriage is deeper than ever, and that our kids are walking with the Lord.
How have you seen God working in your life?
God continues to show me how worthless it is to trust in my strength, ability or plans, and how good it is to be completely dependent upon him. He has revealed more clearly how his grace is greater than my sin.
How have you seen God working in your church?
God has saved people, sanctified people, strengthened marriages, raised up leaders, and poured his gifts out on our church. We're so thankful that we were able to ordain our founding officers, to see rich and joyful worship happen every week, and to see our people passionate to reach people with the gospel.
What is your church’s mission/vision?
We are people from different places, with different stories, who are being rooted in the truth of the gospel and changed by the power of the gospel in order to reflect the beauty of the gospel to each other, our city, university, the nations and generations to come.
How can we be praying for you?
1. For the Lord to guard our marriage; to renew our hearts for the mission he's called us to; and that our kids will treasure the gospel like never before.
2. Pray for the Lord to open new doors for evangelism and to see people converted to Christ.
3. Pray for our newly ordained founding officers and their families.
